Fig.26a - The thin lunar crescent above the Swiss mountain "Oltschiburg" in canton Bern on February 24, 2020 - just 26 hours after new moon. The young moon was neither visible by the naked eye nor through a pair of Kasai Wide Field Galilean Binoculars. Nikon D850 & Nikon AF-S 500 mm f/5.6E VR, DX crop. Strong image noise due to massive image post-processing (contrast enhancement).
